As a business & personal development life coach and natural health consultant, I’ve found three simple but powerful practices that help my clients open themselves to opportunities that truly serve them: meditation, positive affirmations, and acupressure.

Acupressure uses gentle pressure on key points to restore flow, balance, and vitality. When your energy flows freely, you naturally radiate confidence and attract people who resonate with your energy.

Third Eye Point (between the eyebrows): Enhances intuition and vision.
