The Ranger Cadet Combined Corps (RCC) is a paramilitary uniformed youth service organization and micronation that was founded first as the Brimmer Vale High School Cadet Scouts on September 18, 2012 by then-Lieutenant Chase Neil of the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force (JCCF). Lt Neil sought to combine the best aspects of JCCF and Scouts (Jamaica Scout Association) training, philosophy and organizational structure. By February 25, 2013, Lt Neil (now Commissioner in the RCC) had integrated elements of the Queen's York Army Rangers Cadets, the Web Cadet Corps and the Salvation Army, and had relaunched the organization as the Ranger Cadet Corps.
